THE TAPE

Collateral that moves in minutes changes the repo math. Three scoreboard lines tilted toward the machines this period.

Tokenized real-world asset AUM

The nine-week stall broke. Tokenized asset value reached $39.02 billion on October 9, per tokenized asset market data.

That is up about $1 billion. The first clear move since early August.

Equities did the work. Tokenized stocks tripled past $3.28 billion by October 13.

Read what that means for the mix. Treasuries have carried this category all year, and now a second asset class is compounding.

Tripling in a week is launch activity, not demand. New products arriving inflate the line before anyone trades them.

The concentration problem has not been solved. One tokenized platform still shows 669 addresses controlling 95.1% of its value.

AI-managed fund AUM and performance

No new print. The line has not moved in fourteen weeks.

Goldman Sachs’s July 9 figures still stand. Rule-based funds at 10.8% so far this year, human stockpickers at 15.5%.

The standing AUM number is the Chinese quant figure. Roughly $385 billion as of July, after an average 17% loss that month.

Third-quarter numbers are overdue. That print is the one this metric has been waiting on since summer.

Could this Strange “Golden Tablet” Secure Your Retirement?

Breakthrough patented AI technology

Can produce intelligence up to 1,000 times FASTER than regular AI.

And I believe the little-known company behind this patented new AI technology…

It’s the same size Nvidia was 10 years ago…

Before shares skyrocketed 37,800%...

Which is enough to turn $5,000 into an entire retirement nest egg of $1,895,000.

And while I can’t guarantee gains this high...

Just think about it…

If you put that money in a CD that pays 4% a year…

You’d now be making more than $75,000 in passive income…

Year after year after year.

For most Americans, that would be enough to fund a retirement…

From just one stock.

It’s a leader in an AI breakthrough that’s protected by 150 patents…

It’s a small company, unknown to most people… still in the initial phase of exponential growth…

Plus, it has a near term catalyst that could send shares skyrocketing… starting November 11.

On-chain settlement volume

The float slipped again. Stablecoin market cap came in at $303 billion as of October 15, down from $306 billion.

The annual picture is larger than any single reading. Monthly transfers averaged about $10 trillion this year, per Standard Chartered on October 14.

That average sits well above recent monthly readings. The trackers have been printing $6 trillion to $7 trillion since late September.

Two explanations fit. Either the year’s early months ran far hotter, or the two sources count different flows.

Both are probably true. Gross transfer volume includes exchange plumbing and internal moves, and definitions vary by more than $20 billion on supply alone.

Read the trend, not the decimal. Supply flat to down, volume off its September peak, users still rising.

Legacy fee pool compression

The clearest entry this metric has produced in months. DNB Bank cut 400 technology jobs on October 6 and named agentic AI.

The naming is the news. DNB’s two prior rounds blamed rates and costs.

That distinction matters for this line. A cost programme is a cycle, and a named automation cause is a structure.

Watch whether other European banks copy the language. Once one bank attributes cuts to agents, the next one has cover to do the same.

The standing entries hold behind it. Apollo’s agentic cash sweep note from September 28, and the FCA’s £108 million reporting cut from August.

Institutional crossover moves

Two named entries, and the first one is the issue.

BNY and Citadel Securities posted a Treasury token as repo collateral on October 13. That is a tokenized asset entering the funding market, not a pilot ledger.

Repo is where collateral earns its keep. A token that clears triparty is a token a dealer can finance.

Securitize launched twelve tokenized stocks on Solana on October 8. That is the supply behind the equity line above.

Both moves point the same way. The asset layer is finally getting somewhere to be used.

Why does the richest man in the world keep turning up at President Trump’s side?

Back in May, Elon Musk flew to Beijing on Air Force One alongside the President – one of only two CEOs, out of the 17 on the trip, given a seat on the President’s plane.

A year earlier, he was at Trump’s side in Riyadh, where the President personally introduced him to Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.

And he was in the room again in September, seated at the head table with Trump and Xi Jinping when the Chinese leader arrived for a state dinner at the White House.

Yet while the media obsesses over his rockets and robots – almost nobody is asking why he keeps showing up at these major political events.

My name is Porter Stansberry.

For nearly 30 years, I’ve helped millions of Americans move ahead of the market’s biggest shifts.

  • In 2006, I warned that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac were heading for collapse, years before they brought the American banking system to its knees. Barron’s called my work “remarkably prescient.”

  • In 2008, I told readers General Motors was in a “death spiral,” less than a year before it filed for bankruptcy.

  • And in 2020, I warned that COVID-era money-printing would unleash the worst inflation in a generation. It did.

Today I would like to share fresh research that could have a bigger effect on your personal wealth than anything I've exposed before.

Without a vote in Congress, and with almost no coverage in the financial press, President Trump has set in motion what I believe is the first reset of America’s money since 1974.

Assembled through a flurry of executive orders and a landmark pact signed by 13 nations inside the State Department. And as you’ll see, I believe Elon Musk sits right at the center of it.

The last time America reset its money on this scale, by some estimates it minted more than a thousand new millionaires a day... while quietly hollowing out the savings of millions who never understood what was happening.

And on December 14, when world leaders gather at Trump’s Miami resort, I believe this new monetary order could be presented as a done deal.

In my documentary, you’ll discover:

  • How Trump’s monetary reset connects everything from his tariff wars to his obsession with Greenland, and why I believe it’s all part of a larger plan to replace the petrodollar.

  • Why the U.S. government is buying ownership stakes in tiny American mining companies, a move not seen since the depths of World War II.

  • How the most popular investments of the last decade could be among the worst bets of the new monetary order.

  • The five companies I believe sit at the heart of what’s unfolding, including the name and ticker of my No. 1 move before December 14.

Off the Board

ESMA told EU crypto firms on October 8 to stop all services for non-compliant stablecoins. The wind-down deadline is January 8, 2027.

The Fed’s stablecoin proposals are open for comment until late November. The OCC targets its final GENIUS Act rules this month or next.

Treasury’s Section 3 comment window closed on October 19. The FCA’s tokenised gold paper closes October 23.

Commentary

The headline is not the billion dollars, it is where the billion went, because a Treasury token clearing triparty repo is the first time this scoreboard has recorded tokenized collateral doing a funding job rather than sitting in a fund. Tokenized stocks tripling in a week is product launch rather than demand, so treat that half of the gain as supply arriving ahead of flow. Watch for a second dealer posting tokens as collateral and for DTCC’s tokenization service going live this month, because one trade is a precedent and three make a market.

Territory

Territory: +machines on collateral.

Tokenized Treasuries entered the repo market, and the collateral transformation desk lost its first piece of ground.
